Happy Me Community is delighted to invite you to Women’s Circle of Connection; a monthly gathering created to uplift, support, and reconnect women with themselves and each other.

In this safe and nurturing environment, to express your inner world, release what no longer serves you, and be held by a community of women who listen with compassion. These circles have existed for centuries as places of healing, growth, and sisterhood and we’re honoured to continue that tradition.

Together, we will build meaningful connections, Support one another with kindness and respect through the guided practices to inspire clarity, strength, and empowerment.
